Tips For How to Evasive Moves at Madden 21
Now, all the cutscenes and block booths you make for Madden NFL 21 will be on the correct analog stick. You will have complete control, and you can choose the exact quick action you need and when. However, be sure to use your rapid moves strategically, because each passer has a limited number of moves available per game, and blockers will begin to develop resistance to repeated moves. This will give you more control and add a layer of strategy to one of the most important aspects of defense.
In order to avoid tackles in open fields, you must use automatic turns, spins, hurdles, stiff arms and trucks and other evasive actions. Since the player’s actions are more realistic than the previous entries, it is necessary to master the evasive actions to regularly score the landing.
Here is how to perform each action:
–Juke (right stick): Use a rapid left or right move about one yard away from the potential tackle.
–Rotation (O/B): A complete 360-degree turn should be similar to autorotation.
–Bar (Triangle/Y): A tackle that crosses the low post.
–Stiff arm (X/A): Stretch the arm to push the defender away from you/ground.
–Truck (press the right stick): Allows you to lower the boom and power through the back.
–Hesitation (tap L2/LT): A short pause may trip the defense and cheer you up again.
Most of these actions can be used in any situation. It’s up to you if you want to turn away from the tackle, or advance through the tackle, or try to skip the tackle altogether. We recommend that you master all ball rack movements in order to switch. If your opponent knows that you always spin, guess what? They will start to prepare for this and cheer you on before you completely turn around.
